Dog Obedience training is the most important thing you will do for your dog and you as a handler, no different to bringing up a child, your dog needs to be led and taught from a very early age.
Behaviour modifier is just simply changing a behaviour from something you don’t want to a behaviour you do.
I use a positive reinforcement method i.e., food, toys, the more fun that dog has the more it will want to repeat the exercise.
Why is it important for dogs to be trained? So, they can be an acceptable part of your family and society.
